In the vineyard, we adopt a sustainable approach to preserve the richness of our soils.
Natural cover crops between the vine rows, combined with pastoralism, promote biodiversity and maintain ecological balance. These practices enrich the soil while enhancing its microbial activity, essential for the vitality of the vines.
Our commitment to biodynamics goes further with the use of specific preparations like horn manure and silica. These elements support the natural cycle of the vines, aiding their growth while respecting the rhythms of nature. We also prioritize hand harvesting on all our plots, ensuring a rigorous selection of the bunches for optimal quality.
Winemaking

In the cellar, our pursuit of excellence continues.
We have modern and diverse equipment, including stainless steel tanks, concrete vats, wooden barrels, and clay eggs. This variety helps to enhance the aromas and gives each cuvée a unique personality.
Our parcel-based winemaking method, where each plot is vinified separately (one tank = one plot), allows us to preserve the pure expression of each terroir. This approach ensures great finesse in the creation of our wines and offers an aromatic complexity that reflects the unique identity of each plot.
